Mario Miceli

Mario Miceli joined Studio Legale Ichino Brugnatelli e Associati as a Partner in January 2022. He came to us from Studio Pessi e Associati, where he had gained a wide range of experience for 25 years, being one of its co-founders.

Mario specialises in labour, trade union, and social security law. In his career, he has handled complex, high-value claims involving company clients, and regularly advises his clients on employment matters with a keen interest in helping them improve their resource management with a lean and effective approach. His clientele also includes executives, supervisory employees, and other white-collar employees, to whom he provides legal advice and representation in a vast array of labor, employment, and employee benefits matters.

Furthermore, his expertise extends to matters and cases in the areas of civil, administrative, and European Union law, including at the European Court of Justice.

Professional Affiliations: Member of AGI (Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani, i.e. the Italian Employment Lawyers Association) since 2002.

 

Matteo Battiston

Profile

Matteo has worked with Ichino Brugnatelli e Associati since 2009, as a trainee first, and then as a lawyer specializing in banking and litigation.

Giacomo Bertelli

Profile

Giacomo joined Ichino Brugnatelli e Associati in 2016 while he was a student, before graduating in Law, to start his traineeship as a lawyer.

He specialises in labour and trade union matters, providing out-of-court assitance and  representation at court to clients including prime domestic and international companies. He is particularly expert in contract drafting, labour agreements, staff leasing, and contracting contracts.

Publications: He is author of articles and comments on labour law subjects, published by law journals.

 

Giovanni Luca Bertone

Profile

Giovanni Luca joined the Firm in 2010, already an accomplished litigator thanks to his previous experience with the employment and labour law department of Studio Legale Scorcelli Rosa & Partners, and with Studio Legale Menichino & Associati, specializing in labour law.
He also advises either company or individual clients on labour law issues, with a special focus on cross-border matters.

Professional Affiliations: Member of AGI (i.e. the Italian Employment Lawyers Association) since 2013.
Publications: author of articles and commentaries in “D&L – Rivista Critica di Diritto del Lavoro” from 2007 to 2010.

Alessandra Boncimino

Profile

Alessandra Boncimino joined our firm in January 2018, shortly after being admitted to the bar in Milan. She concentrates her practice mainly in the area of family law (separations, divorces, regulation of parental relationships for de facto couples, appeals to the judge for juvenile protection, enforcement proceedings for non-payment of alimony due, establishing funds-in-trust, probate and inheritance related matters , proceedings before the Juvenile Court such as adoptions, custody, family foster).

She also assists clients with other civil law matters such as damages, debt collection, and resident/citizenship practices for foreigners.

Previously she worked as trainee in primary law firms in Milan, especially in the area of family law.

 

Pietro Bufi

Since July 2021, Pietro has worked with our firm; he completed his legal practice and presently, as a Junior Associate, provides judicial assistance and legal advice to clients in the areas of labour, social security and trade union law.

He had previously gained experience, in particular in labour law consulting, at an international law-firm specialising in labour law.

Pietro is qualified to practice law at the Milan Court of Appeal since October 2022.

He is the author of several publications in legal journals on labour law.

Francesca Bussotti

Profile

Francesca joined the Firm in 2014, already a ten-year-experienced litigator thanks to her previous experience with LabLaw, a law firm specializing exclusively in labour law, and, before, at the chamber of Mr. Federico Squassi, attorney-at-law.
Her practice is mainly focused on issues concerning employment relationships, contracts of agency and distribution, and she provides assistance to client companies by drafting and handling the relative documents, consulting the clients in cases of individual dismissals, and representing them in the event of litigation .

Elisa Casati

Elisa Casati joined Ichino Brugnatelli in June 2022, after training with other leading law firms.
Qualified lawyer since November 2022, she practises mainly in the field of labour law and social security.
She is the author of articles and in-depth studies on labour law, published in specialised journals.

Arcangelo Celi

Profile

Arcangelo joined the Firm in 2009, soon after graduating with honours at Università Cattolica in Milan.

He is now an expert litigator, having extended his expertise in both corporate and employment & labour law over the years.

He provides legal and extrajudicial assistance to a clientele of natural and legal persons, in particular Italian and foreign companies in corporate lw, business law, debt collection, and labour law matters.

Professional Admissions: admitted to the Bar in Milan in 2012.
Legal Education: Università Cattolica in Milan (J.D. with honours in 2009).

Silvia Faraci

Profile

Silvia came to Ichino Brugnatelli e Associati in 2021, together with Massimo Pallini, since she was already in his team of lawyers. She specialises in probate law, inheritance, and handles transactions aimed at the acquisition and transfer for any reason of real estate properties, including family arrangements on inheritance and the generational transfer of assets comprising, among others, real estate, share packages, corporate shareholdings, companies. She drafts real estate due diligences as need be.

She assists clients in matters related to Volontaria Giurisdizione (Voluntary Jurisdiction),  drafting and filing appeals and providing assistance in the relative proceedings.

She also engages in the areas of civil and commercial law, with particular reference to probate law, real estate and corporate law. She also handles labour law and social security matters.

 

 

 

 

 

Fabio Fontana

Profile

Fabio joined Ichino Brugnatelli e Associati in October 2014, after gaining some experience as trainee in employment and labour law with another law firm in Milan. He still concentrates his practice in these areas.

Eleonora Garavatti

Profile

Eleonora joined Ichino Brugnatelli e Associati in 2010, and she concentrates her practice in employment and labour law.
She is expert in labor and trade union matters particularly, and provides representation and assistance to both Italian and international companies with dispute resolutions, cases at court, and extrajudicial issues, as well as with daily advisory.
Her previous experience includes traineeship and practice with another law firm specializing in civil law.

Publications: She is a speaker at conferences and training courses and author of articles and comments published by law journals.

Benedetta Guidicini

Profile

Benedetta Guidicini has cooperated with Ichino Brugnatelli law firm since 2009.
She mainly engages in family law, focusing on children’s rights, and fostering the concept that underage individuals deserve a central place in the legal system.
She provides regularly advice and represents clients at court in all kinds of cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, property relations between spouses, change of regime of asset communion, legacy,succession.
She has been regularly entrusted with child custody and trusteeship.
Professional Affiliations: A member of the Commission of Family Law and Minors, having been appointed to this position by the Council of the Bar of Milan, she is also a member of the Executive Council of Juvenile Chamber of Milan. She is in charge of the implementation of Conventions and projects on the initiative of these entities.

Ilaria Lena

In January 2021 Ilaria Lena joined Studio legale Ichino Brugnatelli e Associati, after working for many years with the firm as a self-employed professional, providing advice in criminal law and assistance in legal proceedings.

Ilaria’s experience, in the field of criminal law exclusively, spans from criminal labour law, in particular concerning offences relative to safety and accident prevention, banking offences, computer crimes, offences against public faith, against public administrations, against the person or the property.

Furthermore, Ilaria handles matter related to tax offences (Legislative Decree no. 74/2000) and the liability of entities for administrative offences driving from crimes (Legislative Decree no. 231/2001).

 

 

 

 

Rita Lodovisi

Profile

Rita Lodovisi joined Ichino Brugnatelli e Associati in January 2021. Specialising in Criminal Law, she deals with property crimes, crimes against the public administration, tax crimes, financial crimes, crimes against the person, with particular regard to the protection of victims of crimes of sexual abuse, mistreatment in the family, and harassment.

In particular, Laura has strong expertise in crimes related to the breach of the rules for the prevention of accidents at work and road traffic regulations.

 

 

 

Alessandro Marchese

Profile

Alessandro Marchese joined Studio Legale Ichino Brugnatelli e Associati in December 2020, already an experienced advisor and accomplished litigator. He has engaged in labour and trade union law practice for several years, providing ongoing assistance to corporate groups  in diverse industries (including logistics/transportation, broadcasting, private healthcare and banking), also as seconded attorney, integrated into the relevant HR and legal teams.

Alessandro has developed specific expertise in issues relating to contracting out, with regard to joint and several liability under Article 29 of Legislative Decree no. 276/2003,  and concerning social clauses in procurement procedures. He has counselled and represented clients in disciplinary disputes, reorganisation and staff reduction operations, industrial relations, top manager employment terminations, matters involving medical staff and journalists.

Prior to joining the firm, he had been with prime law firms in Milan, such as Studio Legale Daverio & Florio for about 5 years, with whom he advised and assisted at court domestic and international groups operating in various sectors, and Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati. Additionally, thanks to several experiences in the labour law departments of various consulting companies, he can handle labour law due diligence activities in the context of corporate transactions.

 

Emilian Marku

Soon after graduation in Law, Emilian started working as trainee with our firm; he completed his legal practice and presently, as a Junior Associate, provides judicial assistance and legal advice to clients in the areas of labour, social security and trade union law.

Emilian was qualified to practice law at Milan’s Court of Appeal in February 2022.

He is the author of several publications in legal journals on labour law.

Marco Marzano

Profile

Marco joined Studio Ichino Brugnatelli e Associati in December 2015, after a training period in a leading law firm in Bologna, focusing on labour law.
He mainly engages with employment and labour law, as well as social security matters, providing extra-judicial and judicial assistance to clients. He is also expert in the field of data protection, specially as far as it is related with employment relationship management.

Member of the International Bar Association (IBA) since August 2019.

Publications: Marco writes regularly in various journals on issues related to labor law, privacy and new technologies.

Caterina Mazzei

Profile

Caterina joined the firm in 2019, and she deals with litigation related to civil law and commercial law cases, advisory for contracts, consultancy to companies, personal data processing. She also cooperates with Mr Francesco Brugnatelli with consultancy provided to Chinese clients.
Her previous experience comprises practice in civil and commercial law, also by an internship at Milan’s Courts, having qualified as deserving graduate.
She collaborated for several years with a leading Milan-based firm specializing in commercial and corporate contracts as well as intellectual and industrial property, media and advertising law and personal data processing, where she provided legal advice to multinational companies and large advertising and communication groups. She was also seconded to a well-known international advertising communication group.
She gained experience in the field of privacy as well, dealing with various projects in relation to the adaptation of medium to large companies to EU Regulation 2016/679 and expanding her knowledge in this area by attending a highly specialized course on the subject

Professional Affiliations: Caterina has a strong interest in the journalistic sector and has been a member of the National Association of Journalists as a publicist journalist since 2012.

When Mario Melandri joined our firm,  in May 2021, he had gained worthy experience as Legal Counsel with an important Italian Group in the fashion/luxury sector, dealing with advice and contracts in different areas of civil law, intellectual property, and labour law for seven years. He now concentrates his practice in employment and labour law. Prior to this, he worked as trainee first and then as associate lawyer at Bonelli Erede Pappalardo law firm, with a special focus on labour law.
