Cesare Alberto has been a member of the labour law department of Ichino Brugnatelli e Associati since January 2020, after collaborating with other law firms, in the areas of labor law, civil law, insurance, and medical law.
He is both an adviser and a litigator relative to matters and disputes connected to labour law, civil law and medical liability.
graduated with honors in February 2012 from the University of Pavia with a thesis on medical responsibility.

Professional Affiliations: Appointed as a lecturer in Private Law at the Department of Law of the University of Pavia and Economics of Milan’s Università Cattolica in 2013; from November 2015 to February 2018 he was a member of the Commission “#LAB@vvocatura Giovane e progetti per gli Avvocati”, from October 2017 to February 2018 he was a member of the Board of Directors of the S.S.P.L. Università Pavia/Bocconi, and since 2017 he has taught civil law in training courses for admission to the bar.

Publications: He is the author of several publications in legal journals on medical and contractual liability.
