Raffaella Melchionda joined Studio Legale Ichino Brugnatelli e Associati in March 2015, where she has deepened her experience in labour and employment areas, after she had gained some experience working with a law firm in Naples specializing in civil and employment law. Luca Montesarchio

Profile

Luca joined Studio Legale Ichino Brugnatelli e Associati in 2011, and specialises in labour and trade union law. His clientele includes companies operating in various sectors (banking, finance and insurance, industrial and manufacturing, third sector, transport, energy, telecommunications, scientific and medical research, information technology, publishing, food, cooperation, etc.). He provides legal advice, also relative to contract drafting, construction,  and execution. he is also an experienced litigator, handling disputes before the competent bodies of the Labour Inspectorate, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security Institutions too.
He provides out-of-court and in-court assistance to managers in the trade, industry and banking sectors.

When he came to us Luca had already gained experience in labour law practice with other law firms. Prior to this, he was a researcher with Seconda Università degli Studi di Napoli, focusing on Employment & Labour Law, EC Labour Law, Social Security Law, and achieved the Doctorate Degree.

He is a member of AGI (Italian Association of lawyers specializing in Employment Law).

Matteo Motroni

Profile

Matteo joined the firm in 2015. He provides counselling and litigation services across the full spectrum of labour, employment, employee benefits and workers’ compensation law.
As accomplished litigator, he has gained significant experience in cases related to ​​dismissals, demotions and harassment, non-competition agreements, employment relationships or collaboration agreements, anti-union behaviour under Article 28 of the Workers’ Statute, as well as social security matters.
His legal counselling services include, without limitation, drafting employment contracts, advicing on HR management, disciplinary action, and union-related matters.
He also provides legal assistance with employment-related operations on occasion of mergers and acquisitions, including in case of bankruptcy proceedings.
Lecturer and teacher of Masters on various subjects relating to labour law and industrial relations.

Publications: author of several articles and commentaries on employment and labour law topics in the main reviews of the labour law sector.

 

Cesare Alberto Mussi

Profile

Cesare Alberto has been a member of the labour law department of Ichino Brugnatelli e Associati since January 2020, after collaborating with other law firms, in the areas of labor law, civil law, insurance, and medical law.
Qualified by Consiglio Nazionale Forense as Lawyer Specialising in Civil Law, Cesare is both an adviser and a litigator relative to matters and disputes connected to labour law, civil law and medical liability.

Education: Graduated with honors in February 2012 from the University of Pavia. Dissertation on  medical responsibility.

Professional Affiliations: Appointed as a lecturer in Private Law at the Department of Law of the University of Pavia and Economics of Milan’s Università Cattolica in 2013; from November 2015 to February 2018 he was a member of the Commission “#LAB@vvocatura Giovane e progetti per gli Avvocati”, from October 2017 to February 2018 he was a member of the Board of Directors of the S.S.P.L. Università Pavia/Bocconi, and since 2017 he has taught civil law in training courses for admission to the bar.

Publications: He is the author of several publications in legal journals on medical and contractual liability.

 

Andrea Musti

Profile

Andrea trained at Studio Ciccotti in Rome, specialising in Civil Law, banking and corporate law, bankruptcy and debt enforcement in particular. Since 2000, he has been correspondent of our Firm, handling labour law and social security matters.

In his experience, he has provided legal assistance to investee companies, taking care of their defence in proceedings relating to corporate issues and, in particular, in litigation relating to the enforcement of sureties issued by competitors in tenders.

In the field of labour law, he has assisted and provides legal assistance to a number of public bodies in disputes relating to duties and superior classification, recognition of ‘organisational positions’, compensation for damages resulting from the annulment of public competitions and recognition of severance pay. He currently provides extrajudicial consultancy in labour law in favour of participated companies.

Over the last ten years, he has gained experience in legal assistance at Italy’s Highest Court.

Professional Affiliations: Member of AGI, Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani (i.e. Italian Employment Lawyers Association) since 2011; member of Rome Bar Employment Law Commission and Privacy Commission.

 

 

Marco Paoletti

Profile

Marco focuses his practice on labour law issues and litigation. When he joined the firm in Q4 2011, he had already gained vast experience in a career spanning eleven years with Federico Squassi’s law firm, regularly advising and representing leading Companies in industry, trade, finance, and insurance sectors, especially with respect to employment issues involving top management positions.
Before that, Marco had handled employment issues, including employment termination disputes, providing executives and officers with tailored assistance, both in pre-litigation stage and before Court.

Professional Affiliations: Member of AGI, Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani (i.e. Italian Employment Lawyers Association).

Giulia Ponzo

Profile

Giulia joined the Firm in 2021, since she was already in Massimo Pallini’s team. She mainly engages in civil law matters and corporate legal advice in the fields of labour and trade union law.

 

 

 

Miriana Ranieri

Profile

Miriana joined Ichino Brugnatelli e Associati in September 2012, as a trainee first, then as a lawyer, and she concentrates her practice in employment law, also handling labour issues and social security matters.
Previously, she was a trainee at two notaries’, in Naples and Genoa respectively, thus widening her experience, since notaries are public office holders and part of the legal order based on Latin civil law.

Rosibetti Rubino

Rosibetti Rubino joined the Firm in 2017, already experienced in labour law thanks to her previous work experience in HR (Legal and Industrial Relations) departments of multinational companies in the banking sector and pharmaceutical distribution industry.
Her practice is mainly focused on issues concerning employment contracts and relationships, human resource managing, disciplinary proceedings, individual and collective dismissals, disciplinary codes and company regulations, non-competition agreements, agency agreements.
She has also been involved, both in law firms and in the companies for which she worked, in ordinary litigation on issues of employment law.

Mara Russo

Mara joined Studio Legale Ichino Brugnatelli e Associati at the beginning of 2016, after gaining experience in labour law practice with other law firms, including Studio Legale Pantè – La Badessa in Milan.
She advices and represents company and individuals clients, such as managers and professionals, in employment and labour law practice areas.

Maddalena Saccaggi

Maddalena joined Ichino Brugnatelli e Associati in 2019, after gaining experience for two years in employment and labour law with another leading firm specialising in these areas, where she still concentrates her practice.

She also collaborated with ADAPT – Association for International and Comparative Studies on Labour Law and Industrial Relations, drafting bulletins and performing research activities.

Simona Salis

Profile

Simona Salis joined our firm in April 2018, after practicing labour law with Legance for two years, both as a litigator and extra-judicial advisor, also handling matters realted to due-diligences in the scope of acquisitions and similar transactions.
Previous to this, from April to September 2016, she completed a 6-month internship in the labour law department of the international law firm Clifford Chance, gaining also experience in the management of relations with the Unions.


Fatima Serrar

Fatima Serrar specialises in employment law, labour law, and social security law, both contentious and non-contentious, including drafting and advising on employment, secondment, settlement and consultancy documentation, policies and procedures, and staff handbooks; advising on recruitment, remuneration and termination, as well as advising on the prevention of wrongful and unfair dismissal and breach of contract claims, also with respect to collaboration agreements or agency contracts.
She joined our Labour and Employment Group in 2021, as a trainee, after training also with a law firm in Tuscany.

Marcello Zucchi

When Marcello joined the firm in 2022, he had already gained 25-year-experience in commercial law.
